Pediatric Registered Dietitian Nutritionist- Part Time

Nutrition Health Works, a private practice in North Carolina for over 13 years, is hiring a Pediatric focused Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for an office location inside a wellness facility in Mooresville, NC. The RDN will provide evidence-based, one-on-one and/or group nutrition consulting in a private practice environment. The RDN must be experienced working in pediatrics as this will be the majority of the client population.

There is also an opportunity to attend community events, present to corporate accounts, and conduct physician in-services. Please note that this is an entry-level position and is mostly compensated based on client appointments. This is not a salaried position and weekly hours worked may vary (20 hours is average and considered 'part-time' with our company).

• Registered Dietitian as per Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Current health insurance provider is an asset but not required.

• Demonstrates strong leadership competencies and skills for the position, including: ability to teach, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, customer service, relationship development, results oriented, team building, highly motivated and independent-decision making.
• Able to perform responsibilities with minimum supervision.
• Basic to Advanced computer skills.
• Private practice experience is preferred
