• Work 1:1 with patients in the home, school, and community settings.
• Consistently implement treatment plans with fidelity under BCBAs direction and prepare program materials; treatment protocols covering domains such as toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills.
• Adhere to time and attendance policies and maintain a record of regular and reliable attendance and punctuality to provide quality, consistent patient care.
• Adhere to Headway ABA policies and procedures.

• Must have RBT or be willing to receive RBT certification within 60 days of hire.
• High School Diploma (relevant college degree and coursework preferred).
• Desire to work with children and experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Commitment to become certified and maintain RBT certification.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work location, clean driving record, proof of automobile insurance.
