In-Home Caregiver

Location:

Charlotte, Cornelius, Denver, Davidson, Mooresville, Mint Hill

Hours:

Flexible scheduling available (Part-time and Full-time positions available). $150 SIGN ON BONUS for eligible candidates.

• 🛌 Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• 🍽️ Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• 🚶♀️ Provide companionship and emotional support through engaging conversation and leisure activities.
• 🏡 Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and running errands.
• 💊 Assist with medication reminders and ensure medications are taken as prescribed.
• 👩⚕️ Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties.

• 👩⚕️ Previous experience in caregiving, home health aide, or a related field preferred but not required.
• 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent.
• 🤝 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 🏡 Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in challenging situations.
• 🚗 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed.
