• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit
• Lead and support team members during shifts to maintain operational efficiency and high standards
• Assist with onboarding and training new hires in alignment with company policies and expectations
• Oversee and reconcile daily cash and transaction reports with accuracy
• Inspire and motivate team members to maintain a positive, collaborative work environment
• Handle minor conflicts or issues professionally and promptly

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Shift Lead or similar position)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation (own vehicle preferred)
• 17 years of age or older.
• Availability to work one or more of the following shifts:
• Morning: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• Full-time
• Part-time
• Temporary

• Starting pay: $11.00–$12.00/hour based on availability and experience
