Compensation & Pay Range:

$56,000-$61,000 annually, in addition to regular bonus potential and free childcare.

Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service.

Position Available at:

7821 Bradley Long Drive Sherrills Ford, NC 28673

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of childcare school, ensuring we meet state licensing requirements and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility
  • Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators
  • Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Support teachers in implementing our curriculum, enabling developmentally appropriate classrooms that spark curiosity and growth
  • Nurture positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing representatives, and the community
  • Work closely with Regional Director and corporate support team to meet our mission
Requirements

  • 1 year management experience in a licensed day care, childcare center or preschool required
  • 2-5 years experience in a licensed childcare facility required
  • Level III Director Qualified
  • Minimum of an AA degree in ECE or a related field required
  • BA degree in ECE or a related field preferred
  • Successful completion of state background check and health assessments
  • Must meet all state qualifications for classroom teaching positions
  • At least 21 years old
  • Proven leadership skills
  • ITERS /ECERS/ SACERS knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment while multi-tasking
  • Proficient computer skills in a variety of business-related programs, including Microsoft Office
