Position OverviewYou will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of multiple residential construction projects. You'll control schedule, quality, job site standards, and trade accountability. Your work will reflect directly on the Jasper Builders name.
Field Responsibilities- Coordinate, supervise, and direct all phases of construction across multiple projects
- Drive schedules and solve problems before they become delays
- Communicate with and lead trade partners to deliver work on time, on budget, and to Jasper Builders standards
- Set clear expectations with all trades prior to arrival
- Ensure job sites are fully prepped and materials are onsite before work begins
- Verify trades are present, on time, and productive
- Track, receive, and reconcile material deliveries and work completed daily inside of Buildertrend Software
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Inspect completed work and address deficiencies immediately
- Maintain professional, consistent communication with homeowners, trades, suppliers, and internal team members
- Maintain a spirit of learning, innovation and collaboration
- Represent Jasper Builders with confidence and accountability
- Protect quality, budget, and contract standards
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Experience with material takeoffs and layout
- Proficient with Outlook and Word;
Excel and Buildertrend preferred - Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers daily
- Minimum two years residential construction leadership experience OR lead carpentry/trade experience managing crews
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Attend weekly Production Meetings
- Review invoices and sign off on completed work
- Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 (based on experience and performance)
