Tasking will include:
- Inventory management and administration of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Corvid assets used by the Launch Systems group
- Administer purchasing program for the Launch Systems group following all Corvid and Government requirements and processes
- Develop and maintain property records, reflecting the status, location, and condition of assets until authorized disposition occurs (including updating ERP with required information)
- Support periodic checks, inventories (GFE and contractor owned), review of contractor GFE reports, providing disposition documentation as needed
- Coordinate with Contracts Department to review and update Contract Requirement Packages (CRP) for GFP/GFE requirements and manage required government documents
- Candidate must be a US Citizen and meet eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in a related business field and at least 5 years of experience working inventory and/or purchasing related tasks (experience may substitute for degree)
- Candidate must demonstrate strong MS Office skills and an aptitude to learn new systems (preferred candidate will have Costpoint)
- Strong communication skills, specifically working across multiple stakeholders to understand the requirements and execute the mission
- Preferred candidate will have experience leading an inventory/property administration or purchasing task for a DoD hardware program
