Our Client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the organization, planning, and execution of commercial construction projects involving doors, frames, and hardware. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring each project is delivered accurately, efficiently, and to specification.

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure assigned projects are completed on time, within scope, and with precision.
• Outline tasks and deliverables required for each project and delegate appropriately.
• Conduct cost analyses and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Develop and manage project budgets based on estimates.
• Perform risk assessments, identify issues, and recommend mitigation strategies — including project termination when necessary.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as a liaison between the company, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth communication.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to provide training and information that supports promoting and selling new initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable industry standards, federal and state regulations, contractual guidelines, and company best practices.
• Prepare detailed submittals and shop drawings using DFH software (Our Client uses Comsense).
• Handle revisions, change orders, job site meetings, and related project adjustments as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of experience in the Door, Frame, and Hardware industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• DHI certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Comsense software strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of door hardware, hollow metal, wood doors, STC, FSC, and LEED requirements.
• Understanding of building codes relevant to door, frame, and hardware applications, including fire codes, windstorm, ADA, life safety, and general commercial construction compliance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and familiarity with CAD tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specification documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
