Location:

Indianapolis, IN. Compensation: $15.00-$18.00.

The purpose of a Warehouse Associate I role is to understand and demonstrate basic functions of working within the warehouse environment, as well as beginning to learn the essential duties for multiple departments within the Distribution Center.

• Perform general housekeeping of the warehouse/department to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Cross-train in other functions/departments as needed.
• Assist with training on equipment relevant to the role, such as the CAJA robotic system, Semi-Automatic and Semi-Automatic Tapers, Panda, Reject Lane, IBOD, Sanitation, Picking, Packing, and RF gun.
• Work under safety guidelines and take daily direction from leadership, understanding how your role impacts other departments.
• Achieve daily goals and objectives and learn to transition to a Warehouse Associate II and advance within the company.
• Support an entry-level environment for individuals with little to no warehouse experience.

• Highly motivated, a team player, and a self-starter.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence and understand training materials.
• Ability to operate RF scanner and learn to operate equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, stand, and walk repeatedly.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and comprehend basic math.
• Able to work overtime and holidays as needed.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Able to work safely with corrugate.
• High School Diploma and/or GED preferred.
