Description

This position is for the Building Supervisor position at St Francis Mooresville. They will be responsible for ensuring all general cleaning tasks in the buildings meet Scope of Work expectations including: sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, disinfecting, trash removal, and other similar tasks

Schedule:

Mon-Fri 5:00 P.M. to 11:30 P.M.

Requirements:

Must pass an IN-background check
Reliably commute and handle the physical workload
Must be dependable and possess a strong work ethic
Prefer previous supervisor experience

Requirements

1. Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Previous experience in managing teams and client relationships is an asset.
2. Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
3. Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of and ability to learn additional commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Ability to understand and enforce cleaning specifications and schedules.
4. Management & Leadership:
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Ability to supervise, motivate, and coach cleaning staff.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
5. Communication:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally and resolve service issues promptly.
6. Mobility & Flexibility:
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Availability for occasional shift coverage as needed.
7. Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to walk, stand, and move around facilities for extended periods.
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform cleaning tasks as required.
8. Compliance & Safety:
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations (e.g., WHMIS, OSHA).
  • Ability to conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.
