As the Life Enrichment - Activities Assistant at Miller’s, you play a key role in patient satisfaction and well-being. You assist the Life Enrichment Director in planning and executing activities to enrich the lives of patients within the facility. You make one-on-one visits with patients and encourage participation in various activities. You interact with volunteers. You may be required to transport patients to scheduled events away from the facility.
Responsibilities- Make one-on-one visits with patients and encourage participation in various activities
- Interact with volunteers
- Assist the Life Enrichment Director in planning and executing activities
- Transport patients to scheduled events away from the facility (van driving duties)
As ideal candidate:
- Have previous experience in healthcare/patient activities (preferred)
- Have good communication skills
- Possess a current driver’s license and good driving record
- Are passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Are professional in appearance and behavior
EXPERIENCE/EXPOSURE
Qualifications:
General:
EXPOSURE CATEGORY II: Tasks that involve no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues, but employment may require unplanned Category I tasks

- Part Time (7am-3pm) 2-3 days/week
- Duties include van driver
- $15-$20.00/hr
