Senior Construction Project Engineer

Job Summary
Senior Construction Project Engineer are needed for a renowned construction organization outside of Indianapolis, IN (near Monrovia). The role involves onsite trade management, coordinating materials from design to final installation, validating payment applications for trade contractors, managing costs, and resolving issues such as change orders and RFIs. The candidate will also provide leadership, mentor younger associates, and uphold the company’s culture of integrity.

Ideal qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, at least 3 years of commercial construction experience, strong communication and time management skills, and proficiency with BIM preferred. Willingness to relocate to Mooresville, Indiana is required.

Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 per year

Work Hours:

8 am – 4 pm

• Coordinate materials from design to final installation
• Track and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors

• Provide leadership and mentorship to younger associates on the project
