Overview

Assistant Superintendents / Senior Field Coordinators are needed for a renowned construction organization outside of Indianapolis, IN (near Monrovia). The role involves leadership onsite through all project phases, executing contract requirements, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and fostering integrity and development among project associates. The client seeks multiple field leadership professionals, including expertise in MEP systems, QA/QC, and general trade or subcontractor oversight.

• Execute construction contract requirements efficiently
• Lead and support project safety, schedule, and quality standards
• Provide oversight for on-site work forces
• Coordinate daily scope and inspect installed work
• Assign team responsibilities and foster collaboration
• Manage project site logistics and activities organization
