Security Officer - Main Reception Foot Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk by following site-specific access procedures, security-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control entry by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining visitor logs in accordance with location requirements;
Monitor lobby activity, cameras, and alarm panels as assigned, and report irregular conditions, suspicious activity, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when directed by procedure;
Complete required reports and documentation such as incident reports, shift activity logs, and access records, and communicate key information during shift transitions
