• In this role, you will be responsible for completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of technical maintenance experience
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver s license

$20.19 - $24.91 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
