Position: Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer - Early Professional
Description:

THE WORK

* Support the Moorestown Manufacturing Operations

work centers with performance & efficiency reporting,

cycle time reduction, ergonomics, Environmental Safety

& Health considerations, and other productivity

improvements.

* Improve product flow, make recommendations with

respect to methods and assembly process in a team

environment applying Lean and 6 Sigma principles.

* Support Manufacturing Engineering evaluations for

space requirements, factory layouts, capital equipment,

capacity, and related initiatives.

* Perform cost evaluations.

* Provide Solumina/MES system and database support

as required.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing / Mechanical /

Industrial Engineering or we will consider equivalent related experience

* Demonstrated project management skills and solving

technical problems

* Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point

etc.) and CAD software

Please Note:

Desired

Skills:

* Demonstrated knowledge of Lean manufacturing

principles, flow, 6S, and continuous improvement

(Green or Black Belt certification)

* Demonstrated technical writing and presentation

skills

* Experience with Production systems (EPDM, SAP,

Solumina, Apriso) and CAD Software

* Knowledge of manufacturing processes for

aeronautics or defense products

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $67,000 - $117,990.
