Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree relating to Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Production Management, Manufacturing Management, Business Management, Finance or equivalent disciplines

  • Knowledge with computer systems, databases and programs, such as Tableau and SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
  • Budget knowledge
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Familiar with working with support groups for customers both internal and external

THE WORK
  • Facilitate and participate in weekly meetings with program office and production operations
  • Obtain and update information weekly on status of program production with DEPOT staff. Meet with support groups to facilitate completion of milestones.
  • Review budgets and approve procurement, buys and equipment. Support genBOEs, Support Statement of Work and Estimate to Completion for future proposals and existing programs, work with support groups to obtain information.
  • Develop and provide Reports weekly and monthly on programs in several different systems.

Desired Skills

Knowledge and/or ability to manage a budget and report status to leadership

  • Ability to obtain CAM certification
  • Knowledge and/or ability to generate/use any of the following SAP, Solumina, ADIS or similar
  • Knowledge and support of improvement initiatives
