PM Operations Manager

About the Role:

Management of the Pm vault duties the include receiving, dispatching, and next day route creation for the CIT business line. You will be tasked as the Morphis administrator for the Armored Department.

• Supervise all end of day vaulting functions.
• Ensure the accuracy of checking in daily routes.
• Prepare next day shipments to ensure smooth operations for the AM shift.
• Train and mentor the night vault staff in the processes (both physical and in Morphis).
• Develop KPIs to be efficient, while adhering to all safety and security procedures.
• Collaborate with Dispatch and Customer Service to ensure customers are informed of any armored failures which affect operations and to reschedule any missed services in a timely fashion.
• Audit armored dispatcher to ensure all security controls/processes are being followed.
• Complete all admin and day end paperwork.
• As the Morphis admin, troubleshoot Morphis-related issues as well as assist in the development/testing of new night vault procedures within the Morphis software.
• Complete any other vaulting or admin duties as assigned by the VP of Armored Operations.

• High school diploma, college degree preferred.
• PC proficient with intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills along with CRM experience.
• Communicate effectively, clearly, and respectfully to all staff.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and vendors.
• Uphold all company policies and standards of conduct.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Availability to work a different shift, if necessary, at times due to business need,- i.e. vacation coverage, securing the building in case of emergency, etc.
