Del Taco -  - Responsibilities:
Recruiting, hiring, and retaining all restaurant employees in compliance with the employee position report;
Ensuring the team is certified according to the current training process at all times and fostering continuous learning;
Delivering the Del Taco Brand by executing standards and maintaining facility, equipment, and safety standards;
Assisting in achieving sales goals and increasing customer count and loyalty through local store marketing and exceptional service;
Maintaining staffing levels, complying with labor laws, managing inventory and cash handling, and controlling costs
