Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International. In this role you will fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining displays. Become an ambassador of iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Execute in‑store visits per Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order products via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license from the state where you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment: lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs., moving products from stock rooms to store floors.
• Previous retail/grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Norman, OK (primary location).
• Secondary locations:
  Moore, OK;
  Oklahoma City Metro, OK.
• Full schedule availability, including weekends and start times as early as 6 am.

Hourly compensation ranging from $15.00 to $16.00 based on relevant experience.
