As a Registered Nurse at Mercy, you will:

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain professional accountability for your assigned patients.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care with various departments.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
• Perform your duties in alignment with our mission and service standards.

Location: Mercy Rehab South, Oklahoma City

Status: Full-Time (36 hrs/week)

Shift: Days (No Call!)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for experienced RNs!

• Sign-On Bonus paid out over 2 years.
• Shift differentials: $3.25 for evenings, $4.00 for nights, and $4.00 for weekends.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Prolonged standing and walking during shifts.
  • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed.
