Are you a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a difference in the lives of newborns? Join us at Mercy Hospital as a NICU Nurse on the night shift! In this vital role, you will provide direct patient care to infants requiring intensive medical attention, all while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Schedule: Nights, Full Time, 36 hours per week

Location: Mercy Hospital - W Memorial Rd

As a NICU Nurse, you will:

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Maintain professional accountability for the care of assigned patients.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care with various departments.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly; prolonged standing and walking required.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
