- Oversee and ensure compliance with patient care policies.

- Engage in proactive patient flow and bed management.

To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
- Licensure: Current RN license in the applicable state.
- Experience: 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
- Certifications: American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card (or complete within probation), TNCC, ACLS, and ENPC or PALS.
- Skills: Strong communication, clinical competence, and the ability to assess data effectively.
Preferred: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
