LPN-Hospice; PRN

Responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Must assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients' needs and care.

• Licensure:
  Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Must obtain and maintain a current LPN license in the hiring state and meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
• Licensed driver.
• Experience:
  
  1 year of experience.
• Certification(s): CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).

• IV Certification within 1 year of hire.
• Other unit-specific certifications as required.

• Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
