Windows & Doors Installer - Paid Training

Location: Birmingham, AL

Schedule: Monday‑Friday starting 6:30 AM

Residential Remodeler

The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5‑star experience.

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to the customer’s home, greet them mortos and establish rapport
• Remove existing window or door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home

• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse

• The approximate hourly rate for this position is $17–$20 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as experience and location.

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two‑factor authentication
