Your Mission:
We are looking for a dynamic, detail‑oriented Field Excellence Specialist to join our team in Milan! In this role, you will be the driving force behind best‑in‑class in‑store execution across Venchi’s Department Stores and Traditional Wholesale channels. You will translate brand guidelines, commercial priorities and marketing strategies into consistent, high‑quality store performance, ensuring every consumer experiences Venchi at its finest. You will work closely with Wholesale, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, R&D, and Operations, acting as the key connector between strategy and field execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure excellent in store execution through regular visits to assess visual standards, merchandising, assortment, service quality and operational routines, ensuring full alignment with Venchi’s brand guidelines.
Drive execution quality by identifying gaps, defining corrective actions and following up with partners to ensure flawless implementation.
Train and empower store teams by delivering effective product, brand and service training, supporting launches, seasonal activations and new product introductions.
Ensure campaign and launch excellence by implementing planograms, gifting tables, pick and mix layouts and in store materials, while supporting partners during key trading moments.
Collect field insights by coordinating tests of new recipes, materials and experiences, gathering feedback and sharing structured learnings with R&D, Marketing, Operations and Wholesale.
Work cross functionally by aligning with Wholesale Managers, Visual Merchandisers and HQ teams on priorities, readiness and execution plans.
Monitor performance by tracking execution KPIs, store scores and assortment compliance, evaluating sell out impact and providing clear, actionable insights to support business decisions.

The Ideal Candidate :
Passionate about in store execution, brand experience and the consumer journey, with a genuine attention to what happens on the shop floor.
1-3 years of experienced in Field Excellence, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising or Training, ideally within premium environments such as Food, FMCG or luxury retail.
Structured, hands on and highly detail oriented, with a strong sense of quality and execution.
Able to influence without direct authority, working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Energized by field work and comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time.
Positive, pragmatic and solution oriented, thriving in dynamic and fast paced contexts.
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of Italian, Spanish or German is a plus.
