For an international Corporate Bank with a strong presence in Italy, we are seeking a  Loan Administrator  to join the Operations team.

Posizione
The selected candidate will join the Operations function with the objective of ensuring the correct operational management of loan products, in full compliance with internal procedures, contractual terms and applicable regulations. The role involves overseeing all activities related to the loan lifecycle and maintaining constant interaction with internal functions, clients and external counter parties.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Executing daily activities related to loan products, including drawdowns, rate fixes, rollovers, fee applications, transfers, prepayments and cancellations.
Preparing and sending formal notifications, notices and communications to clients and counter parties.
Managing loan sales, transfers and participations, including settlement, recording and maintenance of the relevant data.
Initiating and processing payments related to loan products, ensuring the accuracy of financial flows.
Performing daily reconciliation of Nostro accounts and identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Monitoring incoming funds to client accounts and ensuring timely allocation.
Recording, updating and maintaining credit facilities within the bank’s systems, ensuring consistency with contractual documentation.
Carrying out formal checks on the completeness and accuracy of data entered into internal systems.
Managing requests and communications received via SWIFT.
Processing operational requests related to “clean” payments in accordance with internal procedures.
Preparing periodic reporting, including daily MI and monthly reconciliations.

Requisiti
Degree in Economics, Finance, Law or related fields.
2–4 years of prior experience in Loan Administration, Banking Back Office or Financial Operations.
In-depth knowledge of loan products and related operational flows.
Familiarity with SWIFT messages.
Excellent command of the English language.
High level of precision, reliability and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
