Vivaio partners with content creators to launch and scale consumer brands, providing operational, strategic, and financial support. We co-found each brand with creators who can drive rapid growth by engaging their communities, while we ensure efficient and streamlined processes through centralized operations. The position:
Graphic Design and Content Internship
As a Graphic Desing & Content Intern at Vivaio you will play a central role in shaping and executing content strategies for both Vivaio and selected portfolio brands. This internship offers hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing, branding and content activities, from content creation, NLs designs, ADV content production, website UX, video editing and brand development. Working closely with the team, you’ll contribute to building brand presence across platforms and gain insight into the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a growing startup.

Key responsibilities
Newsletter Design :
Create, design and execute email campaigns primarily using Klaviyo and Shopify.
Website Content and UX:  Create graphics made for beautiful UX optimized websites.
Advertising Content : create ad-hoc content for our portfolio brands advertising content, from static images to videos, using Cap Cut and/or Premiere.
Brand Development :
Assist in building brand identities for new projects, including defining values, mission, tone of voice, and designing complete brand books. Contribute to marketing and communication strategies.
Content Creation:  Assist in creating content for Vivaio Ventures’ and portfolio brands' social media and websites.

What we are looking for

· Ability to handle diverse projects at the same time

· Experience with design tools such as Canva, InDesign, and Photoshop

· Familiarity with AI content platforms (Nano Banana, Kling, Higgsfield)

· Familiarity with video editing tools (Cap Cut and/or Premiere)

· Experience with platforms like Klaviyo and Shopify is a plus

Internship details

· Type:
Full time, in person in our Milan office with possibility of smart working

· Compensation: €700/month

· Must be a curricular internship

· Professional fluency in Italian and English required
