This position is responsible for the protection of patrons and employees, patrolling for illegal and unusual situations, and safeguarding the company’s assets.

• Protect patrons and employees, patrol for illegal and unusual situations, and safeguard the company’s assets.
• Escort money and chip credits from booths to Master Bank and Chip fills.
• Perform table and Bill Validator drops.
• Investigate and record all unusual occurrences and incidents within the gaming facility.
• Detain persons involved in illegal activities and notify law enforcement authorities.
• Respond to complaints, ejections, medical and assistance calls and accurately acquire all pertinent information needed for reporting purposes.
• Check IDs for underage patrons.

• Perform cards and dice pick-up and distribution for the casino.
• Accurately store and distribute all lost and found articles, accurately prepare necessary forms and update the log book.
• Work in the Lost Guest Booth and Security Dispatch, as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to write detailed reports in a clear and concise manner.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to respond to emergencies in an expedited manner.

• CPR, First Aid, and Blood Borne Pathogen certification.
• SMART alcohol awareness.

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations in an expedited manner.
• Possible exposure to unknown health and safety hazards and physical altercation.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
