Registered Nurse - Community Living Center

The RN CLC is responsible for all sections of the nursing process when providing supervising direct resident care. The RN accepts responsibility for the coordination of care focused on resident education, self-management, and customer satisfaction in every part of the continuum of care, and dispenses medication per established policies and guidelines. The core component of performance includes knowledge and an active part in the unit and quality advance process and customer service program.
