Overview

Lead Mechanical Service Technician (Offshore) – 180 Days On / 180 Days Off, 12-hour shift (Additional work available if desired). Variable Hours Contract or Guaranteed Hours Contract. £25.00 - £29.00 per hour - OTE £60,000 - £90,000 plus Birthday Off, Travel Pay, Training, Progression, Free Flu Jabs, Company Events, Health and Wellbeing Programme, Life Insurance, On-site Parking, and All Expenses Paid.

Location:

Montrose.

• Lead mechanical service activities on offshore projects, including commissioning, servicing, and inspecting lifeboats, davits, and winches.
• Complete annual and 5-year inspections, prepare and plan site visits, and complete reports and risk assessments.
• Liaise with vessel supervisors to coordinate maintenance work and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate on training in rope access and offshore tickets with a focus on career progression into an Assessor role.

• Mechanical engineering experience.
• Lifeboat, davit, or winch inspection, servicing, and maintenance experience.
