Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment and store cleanliness. Advocates of both in-store and digital services and solutions who are knowledgeable about capabilities and features that drive adoption and loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while ensuring exceptional quality.

- You are open to working a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times).
- Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard and creating a welcoming guest experience.
- Greet guests and assist with daily tasks; engage with guests to solve their specific needs.
- Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events.
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
- Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
- Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
- Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards and best practices.
- Minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
- Explain and demonstrate Target App features, including Wallet, and assist with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
- Handle returns following policy and escalate to leadership as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
- Uphold safety, ethical conduct, and compliance; report hazards and take corrective action where possible.
- Support guest services duties like order pick up, drive-up, and returns while complying with applicable laws.
- Other duties as needed by business needs.
- Excellent communication and a welcoming, helpful attitude toward guests and teammates.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to educate guests about products and services and engage with them on multiple devices and scanners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
