About The Acute Rehab Unit

• The Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit implements a team approach, offering physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapies, social workers and 24-hour rehabilitation nursing care under the direction of a medical director who specializes in rehabilitation. The unit offers comfortable, spacious rooms designed to maximize each patient's rehabilitation potential. Therapy areas are conveniently located within the unit.

• The LPN functions as an integral member of the nursing staff and interdisciplinary team in observing, evaluating, and assisting in identifying patient care needs and problems. Is instrumental in the implementation of the interdisciplinary treatment plan. Assists in monitoring the patient's physical and psychological condition as related to defined goals.

• Education:
  
  Graduate from an accredited licensed practical nurse program.
• Training &
  
  Experience:
  
  Licensed and currently registered to practice nursing within the State of Colorado.
• BLS required upon hire.
