Overview
Community Driver role Community Driver at Montage Creek transports residents to/from off-site activities such as shopping, doctor appointments, scenic drives, or other off-site events. The Community Driver ensures regular cleaning, maintenance, and daily inspection of community vehicles and complies with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation.

Wage range: $14.42 - $18.81
Schedule- Monday-Friday between 8 am and 4:30 pm, flexible hours
- Must have flexible weekend and holiday availability for on-call
- Full-time 30-40 hours per week
- Transport residents to/from off-site activities and events
- Perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and daily inspection of community vehicles
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local facility operation standards
- Valid driver's license
- Two or more years of experience driving, customer service, facility maintenance, or related fields
- CPR/First Aid certification available upon hire
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient
