  • Base 3–5 days per week in‑person; optional 1 day per week virtual to serve a rural Colorado community.

  • A lifelong passion for learning and a desire to serve underserved communities.
  • Valid driver’s license, current insurance, MVR record, and background check.
Compensation & Schedule
  • $60,000 base salary for a 4‑day/week 32‑hour schedule.
  • Up to $83,000+ in wages for a 5‑day 40‑hour schedule and full caseload.
  • Daytime hours only – no nights or weekends for a better work‑life balance.

  • 401K Retirement plan with employer match.
  • Supplemental Insurance option (including paid maternity leave).
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Professional Development funds and free CEUs.
  • Travel benefits and opportunity to be involved in ongoing business planning.
  • Weekly clinical training and mentorship.
  • Trans‑disciplinary collaboration and opportunities for growth.
  • Strong potential for career advancement at all levels.

Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, and at least three professional references.
