This position reports to the EL Customer Operations Manager and is based in the Smart Power and Smart Building warehouse.
In this role, you will drive warehousing, expediting, and shipping activities for incoming and outgoing goods for all Smart Power and Smart Building products. You will serve as the liaison between the Commercial Operations team and Warehouse Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Validate SPSB products from incoming trucks and ensure timely receipt into the warehouse from feeder factories, coordinating with transport companies to minimize delays.
- Monitor KPIs for lines shipped per day, put-away time, inbound/outbound truck schedules, and rush orders.
- Identify reasons orders do not ship on the scheduled ship date.
- Proactively review upcoming orders in SAP to ship ahead of schedule when possible.
- Maintain expedite requests between CSR and Warehouse leads.
- Maintain complete and accurate data in the ERP systems (SAP and MARC).
- Ensure accurate management of deliveries between MARC and SAP for SPSB products.
- Check the quality of incoming SPSB goods for storage and coordinate any necessary returns to factories using the NCR process.
- Resolve mismatches in factory PO invoices.
- Ensure regular cycle count activities for SPSB products are thoroughly conducted.
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using SAP, MARC WMS, or other ERP and WMS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in French (mandatory) and English for communication with internal partners.
- Positive leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members who are not direct reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
