What We Offer- A competitive hourly rate starting at $28/hr, then $28.84/hr once the probation period is completed

Our team is currently looking for a versatile Class 1 Driver
. We are looking for a candidate who adapts easily to change and is ready to take on new challenges.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Performing daily truck inspections
- Following the schedule and itinerary provided by the supervisor
- Picking up and delivering ferrous and non‑ferrous metals in accordance with applicable safety standards
- Completing all required transportation documentation
- Performing basic truck maintenance
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Driving the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
- Performing pre‑trip inspections before hitting the road
- Ensuring that all safety standards established by law and by the employer are respected at all times, without exception
- Regularly operating various types of heavy vehicles
- Moving and cleaning out our trailers
To join our team:
- You hold a valid Class 1 FM driver’s license
, with a good driving record - You have at least 2 years of experience
- You are familiar with hydraulic systems
- You have experience driving a variety of heavy vehicles, such as 12‑wheel roll‑offs, 4‑axle dump trucks, 4‑axle carcass trailers, etc.
- You are safety‑conscious
- You are in excellent physical condition
- You have strong customer service skills
- You are reliable, diligent, and punctual
- You take good care of equipment and tools
