We’re looking for an Order Processing Coordinator to support our outbound logistics and order fulfillment across our three warehouses.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in order management, shipping, transportation cost management, and fulfillment operations within a high-growth environment.
As a key member of our team, you’ll be involved in everything from order entry, processing to scheduling and delivery.

Key Responsibilities 1.
Order Processing & Scheduling Receive, confirm, and post sales orders into Quick Books and Asana the same day.
Identify out-of-stock (OOS) items and communicate with the team.
Maintain and update shipping schedules across Quick Books, Google Sheets, and Asana.
Route orders, schedule pickups, build truckloads, and reschedule missed pickups.
Documentation & Compliance Create shipping labels, bills of lading (BOLs), and customs documentation.
Record lot codes and expirations in traceability systems.
Review pick lists, mark sales orders as shipped, and upload documentation to Google Drive.
Partner Collaboration Support Order Fulfillment Coordinator with outbound fulfillment cycle.
Communicate effectively with clients, warehouses, and internal teams via Email, Slack, and Asana.
Participate in weekly fulfillment meetings What Makes You a Great Fit You’re detail-oriented & organized – You can manage multiple moving parts while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You’re tech-savvy – Proficient in Quick Books, Asana, Google Sheets, and other logistics tools.

Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain coordination (CPG experience is a plus).
Proficiency in Quick Books and Google Sheets (or Excel) required.
University degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual (English & French) preferred.
