We are seeking a talented Transport and Logistics Coordinator for the NIGHT SHIFT. The Coordinator will supervises driver departures, inspections, and the updating of operational data. They manage pickups, transport requests, and repairs, all while ensuring the follow-up of delays, missing items, and carrier compliance.

Responsibilities
Coordinate driver departures and pre-departure inspections
Make transport requests to our carriers and coordinate pick-ups
Keep the dispatch sheet and dashboard up to date
Proceed with the data entry of fuel consumption, deliveries, pickups, unit washes, and other data;
Coordinate requests for mechanical repairs, tire changes, and keep the unit damage log;
Follow up on missing or damaged items or delays

Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
English & French
Rigor and attention to detail;
Results orientation and motivation
Ability to prioritize files and manage several files simultaneously;
Openness and adaptability to changing contexts;
