Production Shuttle Driver

Overview

Cintas is seeking a Production Shuttle Driver to support the Rental Division. The Shuttle Driver supports the efficient movement of products, materials, and garments between a Cintas plant and other Cintas or customer locations. The Shuttle Driver conducts pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and safely drives a truck or van. The Shuttle Driver loads and unloads the truck as needed and maintains the cleanliness of the work area.

The role requires meeting or exceeding standards for quantity and quality of work.

• Safely operate a truck or van and perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Load and unload materials and garments as needed.
• Move products and materials between a Cintas plant and other Cintas or customer locations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and work to standard for quantity and quality of work.

• Qualified candidates must meet Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to first day of employment: a valid, full, unrestricted driver s license.
• Work expectations: must adhere to attendance policy; must be willing to work safely around others for extended periods; must be able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• May require handling materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
• Physical qualifications: requires stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching; requires physical activity including lifting or moving materials.
