As a Snow Removal Equipment Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient use of heavy machinery to clear snow from our clients' sites - ensuring safety, accessibility, and client satisfaction all winter long.

• Operate assigned snow removal equipment and tools safely and efficiently

• Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections and perform minor repairs if needed

• Communicate and coordinate with supervisors and colleagues during operations

• Accurately record operational data in our software and reporting tools

• Perform other related duties as required

• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record (Class 3 is an asset)

• 2+ years of snow removal or heavy equipment operation experience (training provided if needed)

• Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snowy, and windy conditions

• Available Full time, 24/7 during snow events

• Reliable, responsible, and physically fit

• Must have reliable transportation to our LaSalle office or other designated sites

• Paid overtime (1.5 hourly rate)
