Agent Passager – Passenger Service Agent – YUL (French & English Fluent)

Join Menzies Aviation LATAM as a Passenger Service Agent. This role supports passengers throughout their journey at Montréal–Trudeau International Airport, ensuring a smooth, safe and customer‑centric experience.

• Ensure accuracy of all weight & balance requirements.
• Process customer complaints promptly with a focus on positive resolution.
• Complete all check‑in procedures: reservations, ticketing, seat assignments, airport announcements, and verify international documentation.
• Assist customers with special needs and unaccompanied minors.
• Operate jetways: work at heights >15 ft, open/close aircraft doors, and use specialized commercial vehicles as needed.
• Read and interpret aircraft weight & balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification, loading manifests and baggage/cargo routing tags.
• Maintain safety and security standards, comply with health, safety, security and governmental statutory requirements.
• Follow company and airline procedures and policies, attend mandatory training.
• Lift and move customers’ luggage (avg. 50 lb, up to 70 lb in some cases) comfortably and continuously.
• Promote a professional image at all times and adhere to uniform standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in Canada.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in French and English (written & spoken).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to hold and maintain all required airport security clearances.
• Reliability and strong customer service orientation.
• Availability for variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in an airport environment, with long periods standing at the ticket counter and gate areas.
