Rôle : Développeur en automatisation de tests / Chef d’équipe Tests (Profil hybride)

Nous cherchons un spécialiste senior en automatisation de tests, avec une forte expertise backend et la capacité de diriger la stratégie de tests. Dans ce rôle, vous concevrez et maintiendrez l’automatisation des tests backend et API, guiderez la stratégie de tests globale et accompagnerez les équipes dans l’adoption de bonnes pratiques. Vous assurerez la bonne couverture de tests, le choix entre automatisation et manuel, et contribuerez à un pipeline CI/CD rapide et fiable.

Responsabilités

Diriger la stratégie de tests, la gouvernance et les meilleures pratiques

Construire et maintenir l’automatisation des tests pour les services backend, APIs, composants et parcours E2E

Couvrir plusieurs niveaux de tests backend : unitaires, intégration, contrat, système

Intégrer les tests dans les pipelines CI/CD (rapports, seuils de qualité, artefacts)

Contribuer aux aspects performance, sécurité et observabilité

Assurer un rôle de leadership et de coaching auprès des équipes d’ingénierie

Profil recherché

Bilingue : anglais et français

Solide expérience en automatisation de tests backend/API avec Playwright (request context) ou outils équivalents (Java ou TypeScript préféré)

Bonne compréhension des microservices, services REST/SOAP, traitements batch, bases de données et systèmes de messagerie (Kafka/MQ)

Capacité à définir une stratégie de tests et à justifier l’automatisation vs. manuel

Expérience avec le mocking/stubbing, tests de contrat, gestion des données et réduction de la flakiness

Expérience en intégration de tests dans des pipelines CI/CD et connaissance des outils de performance/observabilité

Compétences en leadership : coaching, gouvernance, communication avec des audiences techniques et non techniques

Pratique de TDD/BDD et des seuils de qualité

Connaissance de Testcontainers, Pact (ou équivalent), mutation testing et outils mock‑up

Atouts

Test Automation Developer / Test Lead (Hybrid Profile)

We are looking for a senior test automation specialist who combines strong hands‑on backend automation skills with the leadership of a Test Lead. In this role, you will design and maintain test automation across backend services and APIs, guide the overall test strategy, and help development teams adopt best testing practices. You’ll ensure the right balance of automated and manual testing, improve test coverage, and support a reliable, fast CI/CD pipeline.

What you will do

Lead the overall testing strategy, governance, and best practices

Build and maintain automated tests for backend services, APIs, components, and E2E workflows

Work across multiple backend test layers: unit, integration, contract, and system

Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, including reports, quality gates, and artifacts

What we're looking for

Bilingual: Fluent in English and French

Strong experience in backend/API test automation using Playwright (request context) or similar tools (Java or TypeScript preferred)
