What you will be doing:
Deliver high-quality, performant gameplay systems that meet design and technical goals
Debug and optimize code for performance
Apply and advocate for coding best practices
Collaborate on technical design documents and peer code reviews
Identify and resolve development risks
Stay current with evolving technologies and tools
What you must have:
Proficient in C++ and object-oriented programming
Strong debugging and optimization skills (low- and high-level)
Effective communicator and problem solver
Well-organized with strong time management
Nice to have:
Experience with Games-as-a-Service (GaaS) systems
Understanding of cloud-based development and streaming
Experience implementing systems like AI, networking, UI, or character control
Strong grasp of game design and mechanics
