Le CIUSSS de l'Est-de-l'Île-de-Montréal cherche un(e) travailleur(euse) social(e) pour ses services d'intervention en crise. En tant qu'intervenant, vous aurez la responsabilité de soutenir les adultes en situation de crise psychosociale par le biais d'un soutien téléphonique et mobile. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec une équipe dynamique pour assurer une prise en charge efficace et coordonnée des patients.
