Location: Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue
Une organisation de santé publique recherche un(e) travailleur(se) social(e) pour un contrat d'un an à temps plein, avec possibilité de poste permanent. Vous serez responsable de l'intégration des résidents, de l'évaluation des besoins psychosociaux et de la défense de leurs droits. Ce rôle exige une inscription au tableau des travailleurs sociaux et la capacité de créer des relations thérapeutiques, tant en français qu’en anglais.
L'expérience avec des personnes âgées est un atout.
