Une entreprise de gestion immobilière recherche un technicien en bâtiment pour assurer divers travaux d'entretien, y compris la menuiserie et la plomberie. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un diplôme en maintenance de bâtiment et au moins 3 ans d'expérience. Ce poste exige d'excellentes compétences en communication et un sens aiguisé du détail. Le technicien sera responsable de la gestion des con tracteurs et de la documentation des travaux effectués tout en respectant les normes de sécurité strictes.
