Job Description

DMT Solutions Global Corporation (d/b/a "Blue Crest") is looking for skilled and motivated technicians who want to be part of a winning team. We have over 23 technicians and/or technical support staff across Quebec, divided between the 2 main regions of Montreal and Quebec City, covering several major private and government customers. Our mission: to support our business partners by providing them with state-of-the-art, high-performance high-volume mail insertion equipment, as well as a wide range of software and inkjet printing solutions.

Our service team ensures rigorous follow-up to guarantee continuous, uninterrupted production for our customers. Joining the Blue Crest family means joining an innovative, motivated team at the forefront of the mass mail processing market.

Blue Crest is a global leader and innovator in the mail market. Although our manufacturing headquarters are based in Danbury, Connecticut, we are a global company with customers and team members in more than 15 countries, including an extensive field service team of more than 1,000 specialized field service technicians.

On-site technicians ensure the operation of electromechanical equipment for major customers. They are also at the forefront of customer service and customer relations. On-site technicians perform preventive maintenance and repair if needed high-volume mail insertion systems.

- Proactively plan and carry out preventive maintenance
- Resolve problems reported by customers
- Proactively monitor, plan and prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction
- Plan and carry out equipment upgrades and new installations
- Manage a call queue to ensure that customers are contacted in accordance with established guidelines, and that incidents are qualitatively resolved in accordance with established guidelines.

Compensation and benefits

- Base salary between $ and $ depending on experience. week
- Advantageous reimbursement of vehicle expenses. Fixed monthly allowance + mileage reimbursement on variable rate adjusted monthly.
- Personal or family medical/dental plan paid by Bluecrest.
- 3 weeks’ vacation after 1st year
- 2 floating days to use as needed
- 4 personal/sick days
- Possibility of increasing revenues with overtime and on-call service.
- Employer contribution to retirement savings program.
- Full Blue Crest training program at our Danbury, US facility.

Qualifications

As a field-based mobile technician, you should have the following qualifications:
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical equipment.
- Good experience of working on electromechanical equipment.
- Experience in building and improving customer relationships.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Must maintain reliable transportation to and from customer sites.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting and/or moving of objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays and/or different shifts as required with minimal notice
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Desire to grow and contribute to the success of the local team.
