We are currently looking for a District Sales Manager – Canada to join our Saint-Jérôme team. In this strategic position, you will be responsible for developing and growing our presence within the community living sector and hospitality. You will act as a trusted partner to our clients by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting projects from early design through delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, manage, and grow a sales pipeline across the Canadian territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community living and hospitality operators, developers, architects, and design professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support project design objectives and specifications.
  • Promote Foliot’s furniture solutions tailored to community living environments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities across Canada.
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, specifications, and sales materials.
  • Manage client expectations and project timelines from initial contact through order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and evolving client needs within the community living sector.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience with in the community living market or a related sector (Preferred).
  • Perfectly bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written (majority of clients are English-speaking).
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships across multiple regions.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel across Canada.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license.
