Our client in
Montreal, Quebec is actively looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the company's solutions while building strong, long-term client relationships. This role acts as a key liaison between the organization and its customers, supporting both new business development and existing accounts through consultative sales practices.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound organization, integrity, and a proactive, high-energy approach.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline within an assigned territory, consistently working toward and achieving established revenue targets.Engage prospective and existing clients through consultative discussions to understand operational needs and recommend appropriate solutions, including equipment and service offerings.Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to support sales initiatives and strengthen customer relationships.Provide pre-sale and post-sale support, including coordination of installations, on-site training, and collaboration with internal service and support teams as required.Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver value-added insights, including operational assessments, cost-benefit analysis, and return-on-investment considerations when applicable.Contribute to the development of new offerings, enhancements, or service solutions by working independently or collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Support marketing initiatives by assisting with the creation and use of sales tools such as brochures, product sheets, presentations, and related materials.Maintain accurate records and complete administrative requirements, including expense reporting, order documentation, sales forecasts, budgeting input, and internal reporting.Represent the company professionally across assigned and additional territories when needed, acting in the best interest of the organization at all times.Perform additional sales-related responsibilities as business needs evolve.Skills &
Qualifications:
